“After using the Ionic Facial Steamer, for a few weeks, three times a week, I notice the oil and dirt inside my pores are easier to extract. My pores looks smaller, my acne is flaring less, and my skin is looking a whole lot brighter. I certainly will recommend the Ionic Steamer.”

“Maybe this was an oversight on my part but this device only works with distilled water. I don‚Äôt remember reading that on the sites product description. I found that info out by reading the pamphlet that came with the device. When I contacted customer service Asking to return the never used device because I don‚Äôt have access to distilled water they told me since I opened the box I would only received PARTIAL store credit AS A ONE TIME EXCEPTION. I only found out that info about the distilled water after opening the box. This customer service and return policy is not up to 2021 standards.”

“This surprised me in how much it helped my skin, even after just using once. I have sensitive skin and was developing ‚Äòmaskne‚Äô and awful irritation. My skin was so dry but I felt like anything I put on it was making it worse. Who would have thought this was all I needed! Its purified my skin gently, my skin was clearer, smoother, felt ‚Äòcushion-ey‚Äô and hydrated, was visibly less red all the time, and well, its so relaxing to use. Love that you can add a little aromatherapy in the provided baskets although it seems to turn itself off sometimes when I use them. Other than that I am buying this for everyone I know. Makes a great gift or if you need some extra skin pampering, do not hesitate!”
