“I got this last Christmas and have really loved it, but it has stopped working properly. After a minute or so, it starts making a popping sound and the steam has trouble coming out. Sometimes it even spits hot water drops at me. I don‚Äôt know why. I make sure to only use distilled water and always clean the water dispenser and let it dry completely before putting it away. I‚Äôm so sad because I really enjoyed using it.”
