“I think mine was a little defective as it will not allow steam to come out until I jiggle it a bit. At this price point and having bought from Angela Lanter I would think this would have lasted longer. Very disappointed”

“By ‚Äúdoesn‚Äôt work,‚Äù I literally mean it won‚Äôt physically produce steam for more than a minute. I have tried unplugging/replugging in, hitting the on/off button multiple times, pulling/pushing in the water container. Nothing. It just blinks blue at me and I waste so much time thinking it‚Äôs going to heat up and steam. Had a lot of faith in this product since several Instagram influencers recommended, but it‚Äôs just not worth the money. Two stars because it worked 2 separate times before it stopped working and it was nice when it worked.”

“Bought three steamers. Two for gifts and one for myself. Mine doesn‚Äôt. Return process is difficult - I guess it is tough to compete with the online giant that makes the online experience so easy. I did give one as a gift since it was such a pain to return and the recipient loves it. Hoping the third one works when I give it to my daughter.”
