My face glows after each use. I’ve a combination skin. I usually get breakouts when my skin gets dry but using this steamer has made my skin so soft and hydrated that I don’t get it anymore. The result is so visible! It’s easy to use and maintain. This is a must have!

I really love this product but had to exchange 3 times!. I'm not sure if my local store received a bad batch, but every time I exchange the product there's an issue.

It didn't "steam" as much as I was expecting. More like a light "cloudy" feel. Didn't get the job done.

I was super excited to try this product out and I would love to be writing a review about the product itself but am instead writing a review about how I have yet to receive it. I ordered it January 11th and it‚Äôs now February 16th and I still don‚Äôt have it. I reached out to customer service at a month of not receiving it and they were like OH we will get that shipped to you right away and ‚Äúsent it‚Äù a few days ago. They offered me a 20% off discount for the mishap when I can literally get a higher discount on their site 😂 thanks guys!

The steamer itself is amazing! I love the way my face feels after a good steam sesh! I also feel like my skin has never looked better. My biggest complaint that makes this product almost not worth buying is the design of the water reservoir. I can not get it out. I have to find something like my tweezers or a knife if jam in the edges or the water reservoir in order to pop it out. This design is horrible and keeps me from using it as often as I normally would because it is such a pain.

I absolutely love my Aira facial steamer! I am a registered nurse who suffers from asthma and seasonal allergies-this facial steamer has helped ease many of my discomforts associated with both of these medical issues. In addition to my prescribed medication, Aira facial steamer is certainly a great help. The warm steam is so soothing and relaxing. I feel better and sleep better! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. Every household should have one! I would also like to compliment Vanity Planet Customer Service department-they were quick to respond with any questions or concerns that I had-thank you.

My children bought me the steamer for Christmas, and If it weren't for the fact I got a defective one, I would be using it more., I can't open the water compartment that you fill with mineral water. I've seen the video how it's supposed to slide out so easily mine is stuck and the cover is off after a struggle then eventually it comes out and I'm frustrated, not relaxed with the calming beautiful steamer that I have managed to use only twice I would love to use twice a week please help!
