I bought this and used it 2x. Loved it. But it stopped working. Turns on but no steam. Tried to reach out to customer support, waited 3 weeks and still NO RESPONSE.

I've used the steamer once. It was great. The second time I went to use it, the steamer would not turn on. I checked my water level and even tried multiple different outlets with no luck. Very disappointed.
