“I loved my first two sessions and then decided to use the essential oils basket. Worked perfectly (although much less steam coming out) and then turned off after about a minute. I turned it back on and then it just kept turning off after several seconds. When I took the eo basket off it worked fine for the rest of the session. Am I putting the basket part on wrong?”
