“Had high hopes for this product after seeing many bloggers rave about this product, however I was a little disaapointed the spout of the steamer spits out tiny splashes of hot water that burns my neck when I‚Äôm using it and when I contacted customer service I was asked to send a video however the steam was in the way whenever I try to record and fogged up my camera. I decided not to do the video since it was such a hassle and take the loss”
