“I ordered this product before it was listed as A Pre Order. I have contacted customer service only to receive a message saying it is out of stock. I wish I would have know this when I placed the order. VP is not transparent or honest with their customers, read reviews elsewhere.”

“Finally received this product! I have only used it once but it was easy to use. Distilled Water is recommended. The only thing is the steam smells- probably because of the new material.”

“Really relaxing. Not gonna risk using anything other distilled water. Really notice a difference in my skin. I do use this with my clay masks. Don‚Äôt have a full skin regimen yet like I used too but I may go back to getting toners and such to see how well this helps. Really wish I found out about this sooner. Haven‚Äôt seen any leaking, or random squirt of hot water either.”
