“My steamer broke after one use but great customer service. Since I bought through an Instagram ad I was pretty nervous when it didn't work that I'd never get my money back. However the customer service rep was very understanding that due to being in a quarantine area I couldn't ship the steamer back right away and issued a refund no questions asked. Was very impressed with the service and how quickly I received a response. The one time the steamer worked it seemed very nice.”
