“The material is great, skirt is fluffy but size to measure is bad. The top part is short for europen size even thought I’ve sent more size than you wanted... I am disappointed in this respect.
if you already have to pay for a custom dress, you have to take into account all the size.”
“The dress itself wasn't the size as I ordered it. According to the measurement table it should have fit perfectly but in fact it was too big and you could see my belly during to the two parts of the dress.
The gloves, the collar and the sleeves didn't look like the dress on the product picture. It was awful. The lace of the sleeves was way too big so it looked like a grandma's dress. The gloves were poorly sewn and had nothing in common with the ones on the product picture.
I was very disappointed as I got the dress since it looked so good according to the product pictures.”
“They sent me the wrong size and were not willing to fix their mistake. They told me to sell the one they sent me and buy another in the size I had originally wanted. I think it is rediculous to expect people to pay so much money and they not fix a mistake they made in sending the wrong size. I will never do business here again.”
