“Halloween is over and still haven't received the halloween dress coat for my daughter. The order was replaced over 6 weeks ago. It was sent from England to China instead of being directly shipped to Germany. What a complete waste of time and money!
I kept track of the order, and was told that the package was sent from China on Oct 16th, and it would take between 7-10 days to arrive here in Germany. Therefore, I didn't try to find any alternative.
I'm very disappointed and would like to express my dissatisfaction with regard to the service you provide and/or any other shipping company you deal with.
