“The costume had great quality and was made well with a liner and everything! I was surprised to find that the tailcoat piece even had wire in it to keep its shape!
I emailed the seller before hand as well to be sure that it was received in time for the con and I found out that they do offer expedited orders for a fee which is great if you're in a pinch!
Otherwise, it fits like a dream! My measurements are 33 28 38 and I ordered a female medium. I would recommend it to anyone of similar size!
The only downsides I can find is that the amulet on the bow is not attached well, but you can fix it with some hot glue. The last thing is that the 'ruffle' is a single piece of gathered fabric that is connected to the bow. It's unnoticeable if you are sure to saftey pin it to the shirt.
