“This product is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I researched around 40-50 similar products to put a coating/sealant on my tile shower for ease of cleaning as well as keeping that beautiful wet look that brings out all the colors and keeps the grout with that darker contrast that just makes it all aesthetically pop!

“Overall this is a great product but its a little tricky for a first time user. I applied to the satin finish GlazeGuard on a matte porcelain tile for added shine. My issues are due to user error and a 'no brush' caution not being in the directions. I used a brush around the baseboards before rolling the product on and to smooth out some product pooling and lap lines after rolling. That was a mistake. In the areas that had only been rolled, it looks great however in the areas I'd brushed the marks show and didn't flatten as I'd expected. I didn't notice for 48 hours (had avoided walking on it) and by then I couldn't apply another coat that might have helped hide the marks. Sanding would be an option but physically I can't do that. A company that uses this product said they would....for $1000, for a 75 sf small bathroom! No way. So I am stuck with marks. Bottom line - great product that would have been perfect if I'd not used a brush. Just roll it on and let it settle. You may have to zoom in on the pix to see what I mean. Charles was a great help in product selection and how to strip the floor after I'd messed it up with Mod & Glo.”
“The product itself is fantastic. I consider myself experienced in several DIY projects. Although we are 90% satisfied, the roller lines were not desirable, I tried to push very softly and not press hard at all. Overall I would say preparaion is super important and easy enough. It os the application that is a challenge. Some errors also involved. Does the matte finish show less roller lines and overall easier to apply? Thank you”
“This product works fantastically. Super easy to use. Brings out the color of the tile very well. Will be using again soon. We used the satin on wood look porcelain and it is way more glossy than expected. Not a bad thing for us but a good thing to know.”
