“Found this after Googling what rugby players use for cramps, and after seeing them spray something while being treated for cramps on the pitch. Seemed to work quickly, so I had been getting terrible painful thigh cramps and thought I would give it a go. Found crampfix and have been using it ever since. Have one in my bag and one by my bed. Works quickly, around 2 minutes. Sometimes needs a second spray, depending on how severe it is. Definitely recommend.”

“Can't speak more highly of this product. I have suffered from extreme cramps for 30 years needing medication to control the pain. A friend saw this product advertised and passed the info on to me. I purchased 1 bottle to test and have used it ever since. Relieves pain quicker than tablets. Now always have 1 in my handbag and 1 at home.”
