“Really effective. Towards the end of a long ride with a lot of climbing, I start to cramp in my quads when I get out of the saddle. Using this really helped and allowed me to complete a summit finish on my biggest ever VM day. That said I really should have read the literature that came with the product as for whatever reason, I was not prepared for the vinegary hit! It was intense. With that in mind, I'm not sure it matters what 'flavour' you buy. Could not discern any raspberry!!”
