“I took two of these in the last 10 kilometers of the Gold Coast marathon and they certainly helped prevent my calves from cramping. I can definitley recommend them.”

“Tested these during training and also during two races , they worked perfectly after reading through the site on optimal timing to prevent cramps. I was plagued with quad and hamstring cramps on the runs after bike legs in Olympic distances or longer , and these worked great. Definitely ordering again.”

“First time user after being recommended by a friend. Seemed to do the job, i didn't cramp. The sour taste was a shock but quickly forgotten. Will try again soon in a 3 hour race . I'm pretty happy with the qway they work. thanks”
