“Dont know how much is psychological - but one mouth full seemed to help on one trail running session. I drank a whole one on another mtb session and it allowed me another 30 mins back to my car without cramping. Took it when I felt cramps coming. So can't comment on reducing it after you are in full cramp mode!! - But it definitely helped.”

“At a recent 16km event I found my legs tightening up and threatening to cramp at around the 12km mark. I pulled the crampfixx shot out of my pocket that I wanted to trial that race and shot some into my mouth. Holy moly, the vinegar hit took my breath away, but a minute or so later my legs felt better and I managed to pick up the pace and pass half a dozen people before the finish line. Definitely carrying these during events from now on. Got the 2 bays run in Jan and these shots really work.”

“Amazing. I get very bad cramps after tennis which are generally controlled with magnesium but occasionally if they are not, this works very quickly. Tastes awful but worth it.”

“I recently tried a cramp fix shot after my ride on a brick session and while the usual feeling was still there in the background, my calves didn’t cramp during my run. Looking forward to trying these out in anger in my upcoming triathlon. I quite enjoyed the taste too. Great product doing exactly as claimed.”
