“I’ve always struggle with cramp since my teens (a long time ago) and have tried everything to prevent them. Since doing my first Ironman 70.3 in 2019 I have been using Crampfix. Usually taking 1 on the bike and at least 1 (maybe 2), on the run and it has been the difference between blowing up and finishing strongly. Cannot recommend Crampfix highly enough.”
