“I did a 115kms Gravel ride and took only one Gel instead of four (4)... Carbs are working well and you feel the energy boost is coming a little faster than with Gel... Taste is great and after four hours riding you still feel like you can drink more, no fatigue... Very easy to disperse in cold water, no need to shake for ten minutes...”
