“My glucose numbers are still high, so I had to add Metformin back into my regime. I try to eat healthy but sometimes I do crave carbs but not daily. I would have liked to have a booklet included with a description about Curalin, do you take before or after a meal, are there any side effects.I am still on the fence with this one. Happy for those who have had a better experience.”

Hi there, We recommend taking CuraLin after meals and not on an empty stomach, 1-2 capsules after each meal, 3x a day. But, as with any dietary supplement, consulting with your doctor is best! Of course to be able to see CuraLin effectiveness is really important to be consistent and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We hope you'll be able to see better results soon! “Curalin is a total game changer for me! Was on metformin 850 3xper day and blood sugar linger around 15 to 18. After taking curalin combined with metformin for 1 week, blood sugar dropped to around 13 to 14. When I started on my second bottle, I totally discard metformin and solely took curalin. To my astonishment, my blood sugar went to 9.5. It went to 7.4 once and all these without any dieting which I know I should. I was at the 19 plus range before metformin. So the progress has been nothing short of amazing!”
