Hello, We recommend to consult with your doctor before reducing any other medications. Make sure you are using CuraLin correctly in order to see the best results: 1) Take 1-2 capsules after each meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner before going to sleep. - If your average daily glucose level is BELOW 144 mg/dl (8.0 mmol/L), please take 1 capsule after each meal. - If your average is ABOVE 144 mg/dl (8.0 mmol/L), please take 2 capsules after each meal. 2) Monitor your glucose levels on a daily basis and see the numbers go down! “Yes, I believe Curalin does what it's supposed to do. I'm still struggling with a carb addiction, so I don't think my results have been as drastic as some. I'm continuing to work on it. I'm retiring at the end of the month, so hopefully my stress levels will be down and I can concentrate more on my diet.”
