“I know it works . But I stared with 4 capsule a day , just went to 6 capsules a day hoping I can go of insulin I’m on to kinds , how many capsules can u consume in a day?”

“The capsules are still working although I've noticed this new batch dated 5/2019 is not as potent as the previous batch dated 2/2019 as my BS hardly goes under 100 and eating some food like 2 slices of whole-grain bread increased BS up to 239. Which is alarming. The Feb's batch kept my FBS under 100 and the same bread would raise to 160+ and after taking 2 capsules BS dropped to low 100 whereas the May's batch after eating two slices of bread BS goes to 235+ and two caps would bring it down to 120+. I've taken more capsules with the May's batch to maintain the same BS level.”
