Hi Glyn, It is important to stay consistent with CuraLin and take the right dosage in order to see the best results. We recommend: 1) Take 1-2 capsules after each meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner before going to sleep. - If your average daily glucose level is BELOW 144 mg/dl (8.0 mmol/L), please take 1 capsule after each meal. - If your average is ABOVE 144 mg/dl (8.0 mmol/L), please take 2 capsules after each meal.
