“Started with 2 a day and increased to 3 after little effect. After 6 weeks I have noticed less tingling in toes, much less nervy shooting pains in legs feet and hands, and occasional hypo symptoms which is new. Sugar levels are maintained at 7 - 9 with occasional exceptions both above and below. Real test will be NHS hba1c blood test next month.”
