“I've been using Curalin for over a year and am very pleased with the results. I have never used meds to control my blood sugar, just diet and exercise. Without any changes in my diet and exercise, my readings went from 120-150 to 80-120. My morning fasting number went from 130 to 105. My a1c went from 7.1 to 5.6.”

Hi Gerald, Our general recommendation is 1-2 capsules after each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner (before going to sleep). 1 capsule after each meal is recommended for people with an average daily sugar level below 8.0 mmol/L (144 mg/dl), and 2 capsules after each meal for people with an average daily sugar level above 8.0 mmol/L (144+ mg/dl).
