Hi Rebecca! Thank you for sharing! Excellent drop. Our general recommendation is 1-2 capsules after each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner (before going to sleep). 1 capsule after each meal is recommended for people with an average daily sugar level below 8.0 mmol/L (144 mg/dl), and 2 capsules after each meal for people with an average daily sugar level above 8.0 mmol/L (144+ mg/dl).
