“I have taken 6 of these a day for the last 30 days and they have not made one haporth of difference to my blood sugar levels, in fact if anything they have gone up, even though I have been eating more than sensibly. I am very disappointed and even more so because I ordered 360 of the capsules and am now left with a whole box unused. Total waste of money as far as I was concerned. Other people might say they have done well on them but I wonder if they are the exception. I certainly would not recommend them to any of my friends. Very, very disappointed given the write up that heralded them as the best thing since sliced bread for Type 2 diabetics.”
