Unfortunately, the inner cushion did break and some of the beads came out, which meant I couldn’t remove the outer cover to wash it. However, when I contacted customer service, they were absolutely fantastic. They responded quickly and resolved the issue straight away by sending me a replacement, which I was so grateful for.
