“Ordered patches from Custom Patches before, first order was great, patches turned out great. However, the following orders (3 orders) were not up to par/specification. For example, last order of patches, there was a color discoloration. When we contacted d customer service, we were told we could reorder and pay half price and it was our fault because we approved the art work. Which was correct, however, photo did not show color contrast. If you order from these guys, triple check your order and carefully review photo. Customer service still have not gotten back to us, we were told supervisor would call us back?!?!? Still waiting.”
