“I expected these cookies to be gooey in the middle after heating them in the oven. They were disappointing, dry, brittle and more like a shortbread biscuit than a NY-style cookie. I bought them as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday and felt that for the price, they were very poor quality. I wish I had just baked some soft, gooey cookies instead of these.”
