“I ordered the festive brownies as a christmas gift, they arrived on 17th Dec with a use by date of 23rd December. so could not use as a gift. website is not clear of such a short use by date. they could have been delivered later, so in date for christmas day. Other suppliers have longer sell by date on their brownies. i am left feeling very disappointed and misled.”

Our brownies and other bakes are made fresh with all-natural ingredients, which means they have a shorter shelf life than products containing preservatives or chemicals that prolong shelf life. We always aim to make this clear on our website through the Cake Care page and product descriptions, as our treats are designed to be enjoyed close to the time they are delivered rather than stored for days beyond the advised shelf life period.
