“I will say that delivery was such a let down. 8am-8pm was such a wide delivery slot it this definitely could have been narrowed down closer to time as it appeared to be one van going along a delivery route in which our house would clearly be amongst the last. It would have been helpful to receive a narrower slot on the day. Then 15 mins before we got a notification and the cakes arrived at 9pm, which I did not have a problem with I just think expectations could have been much better managed.
There was no apology from the driver either, which I understand probably had a long day.
