“Very much not recommended: the delivery service completely failed and not delivered the birthday cake at all; the customer servive team responded that the delivery slot is not guaranteed (though it was stated to be within 12 hours of selected day) and offered 'free of charge' redelivery (quite a joke). Requested full refund and would not order again.”
