“The cake was really beautifully presented, the icing really crisp looking. It kept well and was really moist. I'd just say that maybe a bit more flavour in terms of the caramel and chocolate would be good. I don't think you'd know what flavour it was meant to be in a blind taste test.”
“A lot of cakes look fantastic and taste bland or are dry. This cake is lovely and moist and looks brilliant. The icing could be sweeter, it’s very much a light cream icing. I preferred the carrot cake but both were impeccably made and decorated.”
