Even it's not what I expected from a normal cheesecake. It does not have the biscuit base. It's actually 3 layers of sponge cake with cheese filling in-between. To be fair, it does say that on the web, but I didn't pay too much attention and thought cheesecake is just cheesecake. : )
Anyhow, it's a very high quality cake. Looks exactly like the photo and the taste is great. Not very sweet. Personally I found it's a bit too rich, so I will need a cup of tea to go with it. But my kid absolutely loves it (or any cake I guess).”
