Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Reviews

I love this cake but the recipe has changed from previous year and it is not as good as it used to be. I dislike how you have replaced the flower petals with that very sweet white chocolate balls - it really isn’t doing any favour to that beautiful cake. Also, the texture has changed with fewer rice wee crunches (if that is what those little delicious things are). That’s is the reason for a 4 star. The cake is still fabulous but not as good as it used to be.

One of the best cakes I've ever had! Normally a chocolate cake, not a fruity cake person, but this cake was amazing and both light and filling at the same time. At this point I've recommended Cutter & Squidge to every person I know - great flavours and quality for great value!

Delicious! The sweetness could be dropped down a bit, but beautiful-looking and tasty!

Very fresh and delicious. The small size would serve around 8 good sized portions.

Decadent and delicious cake. Genius to divide the sponge into 3 layers sandwiched between whipped creamy flavours, to give the whole cake a light and airy feel. The cake is not overly sweet, which we much prefer but full of flavours. The delicate blueberry and cheesecake flavours balanced with surprise zings of lemon. The candied lemon peel was also a lovely touch. The Mango and Yuzu cake will always be my favourite, but this comes in as close second. Going to try the Strawberry mess one next.

The way the flavours and textures are balanced is outstanding. Nothing is done to excess (which seems to be what you see with the Instagram generation) so you can taste all the flavours (and there is a lot happening here) without each element fighting for attention.
