Thank you for your review, we make everything fresh. We have to keep the cake very cold in a refrigerator right up until delivery to ensure that it has integrity to keep it shape whilst travelling. The cakes come with some care instructions so that you eat your cake at the right temperature that the buttercream become soft and sponge light, moist and fluffy. Cold cake is never nice!
