I was concerned to hear that your cake was missing the personalised message you have mentioned. On review of your order I can see this was not selected by yourself when placing the order on our website. There is a check box on the product page which when ticked enables you to choose a personalised chocolate disc for the additional cost of £5. Without this option being selected we are unable to personalise your order. I am glad you enjoyed your cake and I hope I have clarified this for any future needs you may have for our service.
