“Delivery was great the driver waited as id just popped out to the shop. The cake was beautiful and exactly how I had hoped however I had a few people note that the cake was quite bland unfortunately and I have to agree it looked incredible but didn't have a great flavour which was quite disappointing.”

We are sorry your experience with us didn’t match your expectations this time. We bake our products fresh daily, use all natural ingredients and make product quality a priority. The cake should be served at room temperature at which point the sponge should become light and fluffy and not be dry. We are not sure if you had stored it in the fridge, but this might of impacted the flavour as you have mentioned.
