“Wow what a fabulous cake we had to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. I ordered the large Eton Mess (strawberry, custard and meringue) and it was absolutely delicious. The flavours were lovely and yet the cake was light. I was unable to order the extra large and was a bit worried that it wouldn’t be enough for 30 people but it was actually perfect. Cutting slices and halving them vertically worked wonders and the portions were good.”
