“I never saw the cake I ordered that I was charged £84 for. They delivered it to the pub where my party was at 7am despite requests to deliver it after 11am. No one was in and I never found out where the cake ended up. Called this company several time and they were extremely unhelpful and still refuse to refund me for a cake I never saw!!! Appalling customer service”
