“We've purchase the Yuzu mango cake before, so we knew how delicious it is. The flavour is so delicious, the sponge is so airy and light. Love the layers of flavoured cream amongst the sponges, which makes the cake even more luxurious.
C&S have made a lovely improvement of adding white chocolate balls with mango jam inside. Great idea!”
“I find that this is a marked improvement to the previous version of the cake. I loved the taste but the yuzu kick was lacking. If this was called a "mango cake," I would be over the moon. But the lack of yuzu punch makes me give this 4 rather than 5 starts, which is ironic because I found the previous version TOO "yuzuey." Feels like a bit of an over correction.”
