Hi Clare, We mention on the website the brownies have a shelf life of 7 days. We use all natural ingredients which means our products do not have a long shelf life. As you chose delivery on 23rd March the 7 days shelf life means that the brownies would not keep until Easter. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a discount if you wished to purchase the brownies again. We are sorry you decided not to enjoy the brownies whilst they were fresh.
