“I’m very disappointed with the quality of the delivery for the biscuits I ordered. The first batch arrived completely broken, and although I was offered a replacement, the second delivery was just as bad — also broken. It’s unacceptable to receive damaged items twice, especially given the price I paid. This has been a frustrating experience and certainly not worth the money.”
