“No response at all from customer service when I noticed that you were sending the brownies to my billing address and not the address that was on the screen when I placed the order. Brownies left on doorstep in the sun in a heatwave. Didn't even taste nice - full of sugar, lived up to the 'squidge', or squelch. Had to buy a different gift for my colleague as I wasn't going to reorder the brownies after that experience.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We did notice the order was placed using Express Pay, which can sometimes default to the billing address on your phone. We didn’t receive any messages from you about changing the delivery address, otherwise we would have loved to help.
Unfortunately, DPD doesn’t provide us with live tracking updates once parcels are out for delivery, so we couldn’t intervene.
