But unfortunately C & S were let down by DPD twice (at least I'm assuming so). It was a no show on the birthday and the day after, at which point I queried it and really got no help from DPD or the C & S website. On the third day, we got an apology (I do understand things can go wrong). And then we were encouraged to give a new delivery date, which we duly gave, but that delivery actually came a day earlier than specified!
Anyway, the gift when it finally arrived was much appreciated- so thank you!”
