“The birthday girl reported the brownies themselves were delicious, unfortunately arrived the day after her birthday which is incredibly disappointing. Especially when I ordered from cutter & squidge really only because you were the only ones explicitly promising next day mailbox delivery. When I realised it was a DPD delivery I immediately knew it wouldn't be delivered in time - DPD service has become so bad I usually have a rule about not ordering from businesses using DPD and going forward I'll go back to that rule. If you want to keep your promises you should pick a different delivery service. of course, because these brownies had been in some delivery van for 48h the package looked all beaten up and I have to assume it wasn't great for the quality of the product either.”
