A new box of brownies finally delivered 5th September. Brownies were lovely but at the end of the day were delivered 5 days late and it was a birthday.”
Thank you for your feedback. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the brownies when they arrived, though we’re truly sorry they didn’t make it in time for the birthday — we completely understand how important that was.
We did look into this, our system uses an address authentication tool which sometimes suggests slight changes. These suggestions only go through if they’re actively accepted on the order confirmation page after checkout. The app cannot overwrite any addresses on its own.
