“Disappointment delivery even after paying the courier charge. It spoiled the birth day mood. I have booked more than enough time required for the day, got tracking and confirmation of delivery time and date. The courier mislead by not delivering the goods and production of fake production of delivery photo. I was expecting at least an apology from the company with assurance of not to commit same courier. But it is all automated and disappointing. I was deent to score 1 as there was no 0 to score.”
