We've looked carefully into order CS1289282 and can confirm that the order included a Passionfruit and Pistachio cake, twelve rose gold skinny candles and a complimentary gift message, which was included as requested. No personalised disc and no piped message were selected or charged for at checkout, and the amount charged reflects exactly what was ordered.
When you first got in touch, our advisor responded with a link to edit the order directly. We didn't receive a response to that, and no changes were made to the order before it was dispatched. We're sorry if that part of the process wasn't clear enough, and we understand that's frustrating.
We completely understand the frustration when a birthday cake doesn't arrive as you pictured it. But we do want to make sure our records are clear on what was included in this order.
